I design and grow software products. Blending design intuition with product sense, my niche is the messy middle of building 0-to-1: right-sizing roadmaps, crafting prototypes and experiments, and turning colleagues and customers into co-conspirators.
I’ve worn hats as designer, product manager, researcher, web developer — but the title is secondary. What gets me excited is tackling hard problems with kind, smart people. Lately, that’s been in AI: I built Ada’s first self-serve experience & product-led growth motion and its first LLM-powered features.
With a background in Cognitive Science, I like untangling how people feel behind what they say and do. This comes in handy when trying to align AI products to human goals and values.
Studied Cognitive Science at U of T — including research in the Ferber lab on how perception shapes cognitive development. Cut my teeth in practice too: brand and web work at Chartreuse Media, a freelance design & dev practice, and course websites — learning to untangle how people feel behind what they say and do.
Grantbook’s first design consultant, at a tech consultancy helping the world’s largest foundations with digital transformation. Established net-new design services, built a B2B marketing & design ecosystem, and spearheaded a rebrand — helping win its first six-figure foundation contracts. Later returned for as-needed UX & web design on philanthropy-tech projects.
Designed lesson- and curriculum-planning tools for K-12 educators. Shipped Chalk’s first free-to-paid subscription tier — supporting the B2C growth behind its acquisition by PowerSchool for $13.5M.
Joined as a product designer and grew into Principal PM. Designed Ada’s first LLM-powered features — part of the first CX AI Agent to market (Oct 2023) — then built Ada’s Growth function from scratch, shipping a free trial that drove double-digit revenue from new customers. Now Principal PM for Enterprise Adoption.
The case studies behind this path — my end-to-end process, the trade-offs, and what actually shipped.
